Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached; items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of any scents or stains.
Print and Ship
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Credit
Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a Chic Soul E-Gift Card will be emailed to you within 5-7 business days.
